Overview:
Management System Certification is a third party certification scheme for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) & IT Service Management (ITSM) promoted by STQC Directorate, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology.
Apart from offering the Management System Certification schemes, STQC also offers the testing & certification of Information Security Products, Biometric Devices, Smart cards & Website. These schemes are intended to provide adequate level of confidence by means of system assessment, product testing and subsequent surveillance, that the product conforms to the specified requirements of appropriate standards published by National/ International standard Organization.
These Scheme also facilitates international trade through co-operative arrangements with overseas organizations engaged in similar work.
