This centre is established by the STQC Directorate, Department of Electronics and  Information Technology(DeitY), Ministry of Communications & IT, Govt. of India in the year 2010. The centre is well equipped with qualified and experienced trained IT professionals for providing services to the IT industries. The centre is located within the campus of ETDC,MOHALI.
